New
parametric approach for the assessment of seismic vulnerability of existing
buildings has been developed, based on the previously collected parameters of
seismic resistance of existing masonry buildings. Using this methodology, the
seismic resistance of several fire stations in the area of Ljubljana has been
estimated. Mechanical properties of materials, amount and distribution of
structural elements, weight of the building and eccentricity level, as well as
the amount of cracks and other damage, were used as the input parameters. The
main output parameter was the seismic resistance coeffiecient for the weakest
direction of the structure, while the maximum effective ground acceleration or
maximum seismic coefficient, which the building under consideration can resist,
have been determined by taking into consideration either Eurocode 8 or National
Seismic Code seismic resistance verification procedures, respectively.
Razvita je bila nova metoda za ocenjevanje potresne ranljivosti stavb,
na osnovi predhodno zbranih parametrov potresne odpornosti obstoječih stavb. S
pomočjo te metode je bila ocenjena potresna odpornost gasilskih domov v mestni
občini Ljubljana. Vhodni parametri metode so: mehanske lastnosti gradiv,
količina in razporeditev nosilnih elementov ter teža in stanje objekta. Glavni
izhodni parameter je koeficient potresne odpornosti šibkejše smeri. Na podlagi
tega so bili izvrednoteni maksimalni pospešek temeljnih tal, ki ga objekt
prenese (za kontrolo po Eurocode 8) ter maksimalni seizmični koeficient, ki ga
objekt prenese (za kontrolo po Pravilniku o tehničnih normativih za graditev
objektov visoke gradnje na seizmičnih območjih). [COBISS.SI-ID 739687]
