| Povzetek: |
The author claims that descriptive geometry is an early
example of information technology (IT) and that it is aimed at the same goals as
today's process and product modeling and several other "computer aided"
approaches. He supports this thesis (1) by proposing and abstract engineering
process model, which is technology indenpendent and (2) by looking at the
transition from computer graphic towards product modeling and beyond. He
proposes to augment classical descriptive geometry research and teaching with
topics covering engineering communication
Avtor trdi, da opisna
geometrija in velik del računalniško podprtega načrtovanja (CAD) rešuje isti
problem - namreč komunikacijo med različnimi udeleženci v gradbenem procesu.
