The Web is changing the ways in which we lecture and students
learn. Students expect to find lecture materials and all related information on
the Web. Professors are learning to set up Web pages and publish electronically.
The Universities are struggling to provide a proper infrastructure and maintain
quality. In the paper, the author presents a solution that enables rapid
development of Intranets that support an educational organisation such as a
faculty. Establishing such an Intranet is fast. There is no programming
required. It is easy to use because its entire user interface is through a Web
browser. The complexity of Web publishing is hidden from the professor
