Izdelali smo
In Slovenia, the need to establish concrete compositions based on
locally available materials, which are then produced into durable
high-strength concrete is increasing. This paper presents the results of a
study, carried out with the intention to develop a procedure to determine
the minimum cement paste quantity for high-strength concrete, which is then
sufficiently workable for the production of precast concrete elements and on
construction sites. The results presented show that compressive strengths of
approximately 70 MPa after 28 days can be achieved by using this method.
Different types of aggregate and variable mineral and chemical admixtures
were used in the preparation of the concrete mixtures. Aggregate grading
must be optimised so that the proportion of its voids is at a minimum and
that the fluidity of the cement paste into which the aggregate grains are
ambedded is adequate. |
