| Povzetek: |
It has
been realized that single-column bent viaducts can be very sensitive totorsion
when loaded in the transverse direction and that their response can be in many
cases surprising. To investigate the viaduct torsional sensitivity and
parameters which influence the viaduct response, parametric study of relatively
simple, idealized four-span single-column bent structures was made (the same as
used in the support studies for the European standard for the seismic design of
bridges - Eurocode 8/2). The stiffness of bents, the eccentricity of mass, and
the constraints at the abutments were varied. All structures were analyzed with
different elastic methods and, for the limited number of viaducts, inelastic
time history analysis was also performed [COBISS.SI-ID 402017]
