| Povzetek: |
The use of an itelligent, neural network-like system for
modeling the physical phenomena in material science is presented. A brief
introduction is given first. Then the basics of modeling the physical phenomena
are described. Theoretical backgrounds of the method, which stems from the
probabilistic approach, are presented next. This is followed by the presentation
of two typical applications: (1) mathematical description of yield stress
curves, and (2) prediction of static cinematic softening. The obtained results
show that the method, presented in the paper, is a valuable tool and it can be
applied directly to the other problems in material science (e. g. material
testing support, mathematical simulation of material forming process).
