is a project from the eContent scheme that allows us to continue the research related to electronic publishing. reUSE partners are libraries and universities from Austria, Estonia, Germany and Slovenia. Libraries need to take the responsibility for digital objects as well and preserve digital items for decades and centuries. This will need the restructuring of established workflows and the intensified cooperation with publishers and IT-professionals. In the consortium we represent the evaluators and will particularly take in account the aspect of the usability.
Together with The National Library of Slovenia and The Deutsche Bibliothek we are setting up an evaluation framework for collecting data about the organisational, legal and monetary aspects of the reUSE approach. June 2004 - June 2006, 1.5 M€, www2.uibk.ac.at/reuse/
