V nalogi je obravnavan vpliv
agregata in njegovih lastnosti na projektiranje betonskih mešanic in na
lastnosti svežega in otrdelega betona. Cilj uporabe metod za določanje
mešanice agregata, ki so predstavljene in aplicirane v tem delu, je dobiti
agregat z minimalno vsebnostjo praznin med zrni ali z maksimalno stopnjo
zgoščenosti. Betoni s takšno kompozicijo agregata bodo izkazovali najmanjšo
porabo cementa, minimalno poroznost in krčenje, visoke mehansko-fizikalne
lastnosti in nizko ceno. Podane so smernice za proizvodnjo kvalitetnega in
cenejšega betona, ki bi lahko v praksi nadomestile dosedanje ustaljene
postopke. The thesis presents the influence of the aggregate
grading upon mix design and compressive strenght of concrete. The purpose of
these work is to obtain an aggregate mix with the lowest void content or
maximum packing degree. Based on an alternative approach for the aggregate
selection and combination, minimum cement consumption, porosity and
shrinkage, and consenquently concrete with highest performance and lowest
price can be obtained. The samples of fresh and hardenend concrete, which
were made using the presented theory, were tested. The test results
indicated that high quality concrete with lower cement consumption can be
produced. |
