The group of standards with the working title EN(V) 1991
(Eurocode 1 or abbr. EC 1) involves beside the instructions of basis of design
all those parts, which deal with the determination of actions on structures as
well. The contents of all parts is summarised in short, and the most important
differences among actual and new standards are presented in the paper
